The maximum operating junction temperature is up to 175℃.
Fast switching speed, low saturation voltage, strong short-circuit withstand capability, and strong impact resistance.
Good consistency and high reliability when used in parallel.
Select copper substrate materials with high thermal conductivity to ensure good heat dissipation performance of the module.
Some products have built-in high-precision thermistors that can accurately monitor the internal DBC temperature of the module.
