About Company

Founded in 2014, Leading Energy (Beijing) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of power semiconductor chips and devices.
Our self-developed IGBT chips have been fully serialized and exhibit exceptional performance, with ongoing efforts in the layout of silicon carbide chip products. Based on our proprietary IGBT chip packaging, various IGBT modules and discrete devices have been applied in bulk to industries such as frequency conversion and servo control, energy storage inversion, photovoltaic inversion, UPS power supplies, induction heating, SVG/APF, electric welding machines, commercial induction cookers, and electric vehicles.

Headquarters & North China Business Center:

Located in Beijing, it fulfills corporate headquarters functions and is responsible for marketing and technical services in North China.

Research and Development Center & East China Business Center:

Situated in Nanjing, Jiangsu, it is accountable for chip product research and development, packaging process research and development, and product management, while also handling marketing and technical services in East China.

Packaging, Testing, and Production Base & Central China Business Center:

Henan Lijing Meineng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., located in Xinxiang, Henan, is responsible for the packaging and production of IGBT module products, as well as marketing and technical services in Central China.

South China Business Center:

Positioned in Shenzhen, Guangdong, it is dedicated to marketing and technical services in South China.
