Founded in 2014, Leading Energy (Beijing) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of power semiconductor chips and devices. 

 

Our self-developed IGBT chips have been fully serialized and exhibit exceptional performance, with ongoing efforts in the layout of silicon carbide chip products. Based on our proprietary IGBT chip packaging, various IGBT modules and discrete devices have been applied in bulk to industries such as frequency conversion and servo control
